ISM Patna (21 June 21): On Monday, ISM Patna organised a National Webinar on Mental Happiness to Physical Readiness on the eve of International Yoga Day. Two eminent resource persons of this Webinar enlightened the participants with their motivational speeches, presentations and demonstrations. The programme was started with the presentation of Mental Happiness by eminent International Motivational Speaker and Happiness Coach, Dr. Madhvi Borse. She motivated participants how to get complete harmony of body, mind and spirit. She discussed psychological measures of happiness. For developing positivism she insisted on
developing an attitude to express gratitude to God and appreciation for others. She also talked about not comparing to and expecting from anyone. While a Yoga expert and trainer Mr. Arun Kumar initially enlightened the participants about scientific relevance and importance of Yoga in our life and explained how a Yoga practice perpetually benefits to reduce stress at work for a healthier body and mind.
He demonstrated some Asanas and Pranayamas for such a man or woman who has to sit longer at work place. He highlighted some theoretical and practical aspects of Yogasana, Pranayama, Balance, Dhyana, Sankalpa etc. Faculty members, non-teaching staff and students enthusiastically participated during the practice session.
Under the co-ordination of Mr. Saurabh Kumar a few participants asked some important questions related to Yoga so that they could not face any technical difficulties in practising yoga by themselves. The whole programme was organized by Sports Committee of ISM under the coordination of Mr. Nayan Ranjan Sinha, and moderated by Ms Soumya Shukla with active support of Dr. Tushar Arya.
